At approximately 9:00 AM, one of our load-balanced virtual machines experienced an health issue, temporarily impacting users in the East US region. To mitigate the issue and maintain service continuity, we promptly added another load-balanced machine to the farm while working to resolve the issue with the affected machine.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused to our East US users and appreciate your patience during this time. The situation has been resolved, and services are fully operational.
